The plan numbers plots up to 501, most between about 325 and 528 sq yards with larger plots of 700 to 2,190 sq yards along the edges. Internal roads are 40 ft and 50 ft wide, with 60 ft and 80 ft spine roads and a proposed 60 ft road on the western side. The plan is drawn to a scale of 1 inch to 100 feet and carries the strapline “changes your life line”.
